Temporary Service Interruption Notice in the Coastal Area

Temporary Service Disruption Affecting Coastal Areas Vodafone Albania informs its customers and stakeholders that, on 24 August 2026 , commencing at 14:08 , temporary disruptions to mobile and fixed telecommunications services were identified across several coastal areas, extending from Dhërmi to Sarandë . Based on the preliminary information currently available, the disruption was caused by civil works to both the primary and backup optical fibre routes on the Cukë–Gjirokastër and Radhimë–Orikum segments, infrastructure provided by ATU. Vodafone Albania's technical teams were mobilized immediately and are working with the highest priority, in close coordination with the relevant fibre infrastructure provider, to restore all affected services as swiftly as possible.
