The Vodafone GigaTV app can only be used by GigaTV subscribers who own a second or third generation VTV decoder (Gen2/Gen3).
The app is available for mobile devices and tablets with Android and iOS operating systems.

Even if you are not a Vodafone mobile customer, you can still use the Vodafone GigaTV app, as long as you have a valid TV subscription and the required decoder devices mentioned above.
Steps to access the app from your mobile/tablet:
Use Username: CASID (found on the device box).
Use Password: a unique password provided at the time of activation in the store.
Username and password are sent to the customer via SMS when the contract is activated
To access the app from the GigaTV premium decoder (GEN2 devices):
Go to the Customer Zone (Self-care App) on the main TV app menu.
Click “Add device” – a QR code will appear.
Open the app on your phone.
Scan the QR code.
Authentication is completed automatically – no need to manually enter your username or password.
Now, you can watch Vodafone TV on your laptop or desktop via the web by clicking on Vodafone TV and using the same credentials you use for the GigaTV App on mobile.
