After You Apply – We’ll Stay in Touch
Once you submit your application, our Talent Acquisition team reviews it carefully. Within about 15 days, you’ll receive an update. If you’re moving forward, a recruiter will share what comes next. If not, you’ll still have the chance to stay connected via our Talent Community.

Interviews – Moving Forward as Your Whole Self
You’ll begin with a Spirit & Skills Interview, grounded in Vodafone’s cultural values and tailored to your strengths. Then, depending on the role, you may move onto a Case Study Interview, involving presentations, role-plays, or analytical tasks. Interviews typically span 45 minutes to an hour, and you’ll receive feedback within 10 working days. Offer & Onboarding – Welcoming You Onboard
Congratulations! If you receive an offer, your recruiter will walk you through the benefits package and send an offer letter to sign. You’ll then complete a Background Verification, once that’s cleared, our recruiter will reach out to prepare you for Day One.
