What is Vodafone PASS?

Vodafone Pass icludes text conversations, voice communications as well as all app uses (posting, video streaming, commenting, etc.) in applications such as Whatsapp Facebook Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.

How much does Vodafone PASS cost?

Vodafone PASS, that contains 10B, will be offered for FREE with the 30 day bundle Vodafone Z.

How can I activate Vodafone Pass?

You can activate Vodafone PASS whenever you activate monthly bundles in every Vodafone Store.

How do I get charged if I click a link within the applications included in Vodafone PASS?

If you click on a link that goes out of the applications WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Facebook, Instagram , Pinterest, the MB will be taken off your monthly bundle.

For example, if you have Vodafone PASS and click on an article on Facebook, the MB will be taken off your monthly bundle. If the MB from your monthly bundle have depleted, you will be charged with standard internet tariffs.

If you have Vodafone PASS and open a video in Facebook, the MB used to view the video will be taken off your Vodafone PASS.

What happens if I have depleted the MB of my monthly bundle?

If the MB from your monthly bundle have depleted, you will only be able to use the applications included in your Vodafone PASS.

Is the offer valid out of Albania?

The standard monthly bundles as well as the 10 GB Vodafone PASS are not valid in Roaming. To use your phone number out of country, visit vodafone.al/roaming to choose the Roaming bundle more convenient for you.

Is the content optimized?

The content of videos may be optimized from the apps themselves. Vodafone itself will not make any optimizations.

Will the content of the offer change?

Vodafone aims to include the most used apps from our customers in the bundle. However, our partners may choose to exclude theri applications from the bundle. All users will be notified in case these changes may happen in the future.
