1 voice message costs 20 Lekë (with VAT).

An SMS contains 160 characters. In case you exceed that, you are sending 2 SMS-s or more than 2.

You may save up to 35 SMS-es in your Vodafone SIM Card memory.

You must check the parameters of your phone in case you have barred by mistake all incoming SMS-es from your mobile and make sure you have enough space left to receive new SMS-es.

• You may have included this number in your mobile Black List
• The other number may have problems in sending SMS-es.

You may do so only in case your handset has the Blacklist option, or if you download different applications from internet that offer this service.

The SMS is saved for 72 hours in our system. In case you don’t open it within this period, the message will be deleted.

You may request an analytical bill which gives you details on the Time/ Date the SMS was sent, it's charge and the number toward which you have sent it, but the text is not included.

We are sorry to let you know that this service is not provided. You can not have a list of your incoming actions.

To make video calls you and your friend should both have 3G mobiles and Video Calling each other is as simple voice calling. Just dial. The only difference is you press the Video Call button instead of the voice call button.   

Blocking calls from a private or hidden number can only be done if the device offers the option Blacklist or by downloading apps that offer this option from the internet.

To use the HD Voice technology:

• Both conversants should be using the Vodafone 3G network
• Both devices should support HD Voice technology

HD Voice can be used also in calls toward Vodafone Italy. 

Call Me Back service gives you the opprtunity that when you don't have enough credit left to make a call, so send a request towards a number that you want to call you back by: 

1. Entering the #123# menu and through the option Call Me Back, letting the Vodafone number know that you want them to call you, for FREE. They will e sent an SMS for the request. 

or

2. Sending a FREE SMS to 144 with the text: “ Te lutem me telefono_(space)_(number fo the person you want to call)” e.g.: Te lutem me telefono 06XXXXXXXX

You can send up to 8 requests per month (maximum 4 in a day).

 

Blocking calls or SMSs from a specific number can be done only if the device offers the option Blacklist or by downloading apps that offer this function for you. 

There can be several reasons:
• You could have forwarded all incoming calls to the voice machine or to another number. 
• You could have barred incoming calls in your device.
• You may have a new number. In this case, you have to first make a paid call so that you can get incoming calls.

This can be caused by using the internet service, which reserves a part of the credit. Try closing all the open internet sessions first.

Other reasons for calls not going through might be:
• Unregistered number
• You could have mistakenly activated blocking outgoing calls from your device.
• You could have activated fixed dialling

You could have entered the network of a foreign operator, so you have entered Roaming and that means: 

• The credit left in your account might not be enough to make/receive calls in roaming
• You may have not selected the right network in your device.

To activate the missed calls service you should send a FREE SMS with the text 1 to 138. You cannot use this service if you have activated call transfer. To disactivate call transfer type  ##002#OK.
