Vodafone Albania Organizational Announcement

As of April 1st 2023, Katia Stathaki will be leaving her current position as CEO of Vodafone Albania, to join in another important role as Consumer Business Director for Vodafone Greece. 
 
Katia joined Vodafone Albania in 2021 where she successfully delivered the company turnaround in mobile, increased market share in both mobile and fixed, and delivered great year on year customer revenue growth with the lowest historic churn.  Katia build a highly motivated, engaged and performing team, focused on improving customer experience, resulting in Vodafone Albania having the highest customer satisfaction in market for both consumers and business. 
 
Katia led Vodafone Albania’s social agenda with a big heart. She was involved in many activities empowering women in business, speaking out on gender based violence, promoting the love for technology & skills for Albanian children. Katia become a great ambassador, promoting Albanian’s tourism and its amazing natural beauty. 
 
Katia leaves behind a strong business legacy and will continue to lead the team in Vodafone Albania until her successor is announced.
