The organizer of the “Giga Family” lottery is Vodafone Albania SH.A.

Participants in this lottery are all Giga Family subscribers who have and/or will have at least one number in the NEXT or RED tariff plan as well as an active fixed internet line until January 15, 2021.

Participation in the lottery does not require any payment or action from GigaFamily customers. All customers who have active contracts under the above-mentioned conditions are automatically qualified for the lottery.

The following cannot participate in this lottery: (i) Giga Family customers who have only the TV service activated and do not have the fixed internet line offered by Vodafone, (ii) Giga Family customers who have an active fixed internet line with a speed of 500Mbps or above, and (iii) Vodafone employees.

Through this lottery Vodafone will select 2021 winners from the list of Giga Family customers.

Winners will benefit from 500Mbps internet speed for 12 consecutive months, without any payment/additional cost to the existing monthly tariff of the fixed internet service they pay. Thus, upon being declared a winner, the customer will benefit from higher fixed internet speed and will continue to pay the same tariff for 12 consecutive months.

The selection of winners will be made on January 19, 2021 and will be random. The list of participants in the lottery will be uploaded to the software platform created by Vodafone. This platform enables the random selection and ranking of mobile numbers that will be declared winners.

The winner will be considered the person who owns the selected number. The winning number will be notified by SMS about the prize as well as the requirement for the person who owns the number to present themselves at the store, equipped with an identification document. Vodafone will not be responsible for the winner who does not have the necessary documents and/or a valid biometric passport. All procedures for obtaining valid biometric passports will be under the responsibility of the prize winners. Vodafone will not be responsible in case the winner does not have the proper modem device for the 500MB speed.

One phone number benefits only one prize. The winner will not have the right to transfer the prize. In case within the 12-month period the winner decides to terminate the fixed internet contract, they will also lose the right to benefit from the prize won.

In areas where, due to technical limitations, the 500MB speed is not offered, the declared winning subscriber will benefit from the maximum speed offered in that area.
