Dear all,
 
Please be informed that starting from the 1st of July 2019 we will change the Pay as you Go Charging Scheme in order to align with the New Roaming Regulation based on the Western Balkan Agreement.
These changes will be made both in prepaid and postpaid tariff plans for customers who travel to any of the Western Balkan countries (Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina), which will be charged with the following tariffs:

  • WS5 Countries
(Home bundle available/home tariff plan)		    7.5 All/Minute 6 All/Minute         3  All/SMS 1.00 All/MB
  • WS5 Countries
(No Home bundle available/Units depleted in tariff plan)		    28.5 All/Minute 6 All/Minute      9 All/SMS 10.00 All/MB
 
 
 
 
Additional details:
 
- The above charging scheme is available for mobile originated and terminated calls, SMS and Internet towards and from all networks of the Western Balkan Countries (Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia or Bosnia and Herzegovina)  
- Prepaid customers in roaming will have the right to use the home bundles in Albania + surcharge price mentioned in the above table (option A) or choose one of the available roaming offers for the above countries
- Home bundles that are available for roaming in the above countries are Vodafone Talk, Combo, Z, Silver, Gold.
- Roaming bundles available in the above countries are Roaming Daily Europe, Roaming 4 Day Europe, Roaming 10 Day Europe
- Postpaid customers in roaming will have the right to use the home tariff plan in Albania + surcharge price mentioned in the above table (option A) or choose the daily fee available in the case of RED Roaming customers
- The events used in roaming will be deducted by the domestic bundle units
- Step charge: 30+1 seconds, Data 1kb + 1kb
- Prepaid Roaming bundles available in the Balkan countries will have priority of depletion towards home bundle + surcharge
- Red Roaming customers will have the daily fee as default and will have the possibility to opt-out to use the above charging scheme.
