Informing Vodafone Albania Customers on service disruption
We want to inform our customers regarding a major fiber cut which occurred outside of the country impacting our services (connection of IT system, international call, SMS, roaming services). This incident took place today on December 12th, 2023, at about 11:20 AM and professional recovery efforts began immediately. Our international and national trained staff on duty have assessed the failure and formed an immediate response plan of actions for a prompt workaround. Services were fully recovered again by 2:00 PM.
