Vodafone Albania informs you that starting from September 3, 2020 there will be changes in the services mentioned below:

The service for activating monthly prepaid packages (code 131) via voice will no longer be active. Activate your package through the My Vodafone application, the #123# menu or at Vodafone stores.

The service for balance check, top-up with recharge cards as well as language change (code 141) via voice will no longer be active. You can access these services through the My Vodafone application or the #123# menu.

The service for recharging with recharge cards for another Vodafone number (code 142) via voice will no longer be active. You can access this service through the My Vodafone application or the #123# menu.
