PROMOTIONAL GAME RULES “SHAKE & WIN”

In accordance with Law no. 155/2015 and Council of Ministers Decision no. 196/2017.

Article 1 – Organizer

1.1 The Organizer of the Promotional Game “SHAKE & WIN” is Vodafone Albania Sh.A., NIPT K11715005L, with headquarters at Tirana–Durrës Highway, Rr. “Pavarësia”, No. 61, Kashar, Tirana, Albania, represented by the Administrator Mr. Achilleas Kanaris.

1.2 The purpose of the Promotional Game is to promote SHAKE products through the My Vodafone App.

Article 2 – Duration

2.1 The Promotional Game will run from 25.11.2020 until 28.02.2021 at 23:59 and will be divided into the following periods:

• 25.11.2020 – 31.12.2020

• 01.01.2021 – 31.01.2021

• 01.02.2021 – 28.02.2021

2.2 The game promotes the purchase of internet MB units and paid SHAKE packages.

Article 3 – Game Mechanism

3.1 The SHAKE product is accessed via the MyVodafone App by shaking the phone in order to receive gifts or suggestions for paid SHAKE internet packages.

3.2 To participate in the Promotional Game, the customer must:

• Perform the SHAKE activity

• Activate at least one paid SHAKE package

3.3 The prize draws will take place on:

• 05.01.2021

• 02.02.2021

• 02.03.2021

3.4 The more SHAKE packages and internet units purchased, the greater the number of entries in the draw.

Article 4 – Participation

4.1 Participation is open to Vodafone subscribers who activate SHAKE packages from 25.11.2020 until 28.02.2021.

4.2 The paid SHAKE packages are:

• 1GB / 50 ALL

• 2GB / 70 ALL

• 3GB / 80 ALL

• 5GB / 100 ALL

• 10GB / 120 ALL

4.3 Participation in the prize draw is calculated based on the amount of internet units purchased.

4.4 Participants must be over 18 years of age.

Article 5 – Territory

The Promotional Game takes place within the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Article 6 – Prizes

6.1 A total of 525 prizes will be awarded during the entire duration of the Promotional Game.

6.2 The prizes are non-transferable.

Article 7 – Notification and Collection

7.1 Winners will be notified via SMS.

7.2 Prizes are collected at Vodafone stores using a digital coupon from the MyVodafone App.

Article 8 – Personal Data

Personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable legislation.

Article 9 – Taxes

Winners have no additional obligations other than those provided by law.

Article 10 – Publicity

Vodafone reserves the right to publish the names and images of the winners.

Article 11 – Force Majeure

The Promotional Game may be suspended or terminated due to circumstances beyond Vodafone’s control.

Article 12 – Disputes

The competent court for resolving disputes is the Tirana District Court.

The Promotional Game Rules are published at www.vodafone.al.
