Vodafone Albania informs you that starting from April 5, 2021, prepaid customers will be offered, based on their profile, the possibility to activate packages in the MyVodafone app even when their credit is insufficient. Based on usage, customers will be divided into 4 categories. The higher the category, the more types of packages customers can activate in the MyVodafone app.
A customer may borrow the full amount or only the necessary part for the activation of the package, and will repay it at the time of the next top-up. Together with the repayment of the loan, which may vary depending on the customer, an additional fee of 20 ALL will also be charged.
