REGULATIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME OF CHANCE
“20 out of 20 – Christmas Promo”

Pursuant to the requirements of Law no. 155/2015 “On Games of Chance in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, and Decision of the Council of Ministers no. 196/2017 “On the Determination of Methods, Forms, Criteria and Rules for the Organization of Promotional Games of Chance”.

Article 1
ORGANIZER OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME

The organizer of the Promotional Game of Chance “20 out of 20 – Christmas Promo” is:

The company “Vodafone Albania” JSC (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”), an Albanian legal entity, established and operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Albania, registered with the National Business Center under NUIS K11715005L, with registered office at Tirana–Durrës Highway, “Pavarësia” St., No. 61, Kashar, Tirana, Albania, legally represented by the Administrator Ms. Aikaterini Stathaki.

Vodafone is registered as a taxpayer with the Regional Tax Directorate for Large Taxpayers, Tirana.

Through this Promotional Game, Vodafone aims to promote its prepaid, hybrid (hereinafter referred to as “NEXT”), postpaid and Unlimited products available to Subscribers using mobile telephony services (hereinafter referred to as “Mobile Subscribers”).

Article 2
DURATION

The Promotional Game will take place over a period of approximately 20 (twenty) calendar days. The Promotional Game will start on 03.12.2021 and will end on 22.12.2021 at 23:59.

On 24.12.2021 at 10:00, the draw for the selection of the winners of the game will be conducted.

Article 3
MECHANISM OF THE PROMOTIONAL GAME

Vodafone offers on the market a range of prepaid, NEXT, postpaid and Unlimited products available to all Vodafone Mobile Subscribers. All Vodafone Mobile Subscribers can download the MyVodafone and JUTH app applications on their smartphones. By logging in every day to one of these applications for 20 consecutive days, these subscribers will receive, in addition to a free product such as Minutes, SMS, MB, Vcoins or Vodafone More Coupons (“daily gift”), also tickets to participate in the Promotional Game of Chance “20 out of 20 – Christmas Promo”.

Prepaid Mobile Subscribers who wish to receive tickets to participate in this Promotional Game must first have an active monthly prepaid package and then log in to the MyVodafone application or the JUTH app.

NEXT, postpaid and Unlimited Mobile Subscribers who wish to receive tickets to participate in this Promotional Game only need to log in to the MyVodafone application or the JUTH app.

Tickets can be obtained only once per day and only from the application that is accessed first during the day. Tickets cannot be obtained from both applications within the same day.

Additionally, subscribers using the MyVodafone or JUTH app will have the opportunity to obtain additional tickets with each purchase of the “Christmas 100MB” package.

At the moment the Promotional Game ends, the list of all participating mobile numbers will be automatically generated. The participation number for each subscriber will be replicated on this list depending on the number of tickets obtained throughout the 20-day period, in accordance with Article 4.1 below.

The list of participating mobile numbers will be uploaded into a software solution created by Vodafone, which enables the random selection and ranking of mobile numbers that will be declared winners.

The more tickets a Mobile Subscriber has obtained, the higher the chance of winning.

For each selected mobile number, the winner shall be considered the person using that mobile number, as determined by the data declared by the winner when contacted by phone, as well as by the verification carried out at Vodafone’s headquarters at the time of prize collection. The winner must present themselves at Vodafone’s headquarters with an identification document and with the winning mobile number, in accordance with Article 7.2 below.

The draw and announcement of the winning numbers will take place in the presence of a representative of the Gambling Supervision Unit at the Ministry of Finance and representatives of the Regional Branch of the Large Taxpayers Unit, Tirana, who will be notified by Vodafone 20 (twenty) days in advance, in accordance with the requirements of DCM no. 196/2017, as well as in the presence of the Promotional Game of Chance Commission established for this purpose by Vodafone Albania JSC.

The draw and announcement of the winning numbers will take place at Vodafone Albania headquarters, located at Tirana–Durrës Highway, “Pavarësia” St., No. 61, Kashar, Tirana, Albania, on 24.12.2021 at 10:00.

The estimated number of Vodafone Mobile Subscribers expected to participate in this Promotional Game is approximately 500,000 (five hundred thousand).

Article 4
PARTICIPATION

Eligible participants in this Promotional Game of Chance are all Vodafone Mobile Subscribers without limitation, who have a Vodafone mobile number in use and have downloaded the MyVodafone and/or JUTH app on their phone. All participants will have the opportunity to obtain tickets to participate in the draw every day for 20 days if they access the MyVodafone App or JUTH App once per day.

Prepaid Mobile Subscribers must necessarily have an active monthly package in order to be able to obtain participation tickets. These packages are offered at the retail price and are as follows:

• Vodafone Basic – 500 ALL incl. VAT (416.7 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Basic+ – 600 ALL incl. VAT (500 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone 4G Start – 1,000 ALL incl. VAT (833.3 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone 4G Go – 1,600 ALL incl. VAT (1,333.33 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone 4G Run – 2,000 ALL incl. VAT (1,666.67 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone 4G Fly – 2,500 ALL incl. VAT (2,083.33 ALL excl. VAT)

For all other Mobile Subscribers with NEXT, postpaid and Unlimited contracts, no purchase of an additional package and/or no additional expense is required to participate in the Promotional Game, but only access to one of the applications.

Tariff plans that allow NEXT, postpaid and Unlimited Mobile Subscribers to obtain participation tickets include, but are not limited to:

• Vodafone Next X+ – monthly subscription 1,000 ALL incl. VAT (833.3 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Next S+ – monthly subscription 1,500 ALL incl. VAT (1,250 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Next M+ – monthly subscription 2,000 ALL incl. VAT (1,666.67 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Next L+ – monthly subscription 3,000 ALL incl. VAT (2,500 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Business Red – monthly subscription 3,000 ALL incl. VAT (2,500 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Business Red Pro – monthly subscription 4,800 ALL incl. VAT (4,000 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Business Red Prime – monthly subscription 8,500 ALL incl. VAT (7,083.33 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Business Black – monthly subscription 12,500 ALL incl. VAT (10,416.67 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Unlimited – 2,200 ALL incl. VAT (1,833.33 ALL excl. VAT)

• Vodafone Unlimited+ – 2,700 ALL incl. VAT (2,250 ALL excl. VAT)

Subscribers may obtain tickets once per day only from the application accessed first. The number of tickets obtained depends on the type of contract as follows: prepaid subscribers receive 5 tickets per day, NEXT and postpaid subscribers receive 10 tickets per day, and Unlimited subscribers receive 15 tickets per day.

The total number of tickets will be multiplied based on subscriber seniority as follows: 0–1 year, tickets multiplied by 2; 1–5 years, multiplied by 5; 5–10 years, multiplied by 10; over 10 years, multiplied by 50.

Additionally, subscribers may obtain 20 extra tickets for each purchase/activation of the “Christmas 100MB” package. The package offers 100MB for 24 hours at a price of 50 ALL incl. VAT (41.7 ALL excl. VAT).

Participants must be over 18 years of age. Minors may not directly collect prizes.

Employees of Vodafone Albania JSC, users of Vodafone Mobile Broadband plans, and users of IoT, M2M and telemetric SIM services are excluded from participation.

Article 5
TERRITORY

The Promotional Game “20 out of 20 – Christmas Promo” will be conducted within the territory of the Republic of Albania.

Article 6
PRIZES

At the end of the Promotional Game, a total of 2,022 winners will be announced. Prizes include, among others, Skoda Scala vehicles, iPhone 13 devices, Xiaomi scooters, Vodafone Unlimited plans, Samsung Galaxy A12 devices, fixed internet services, smart watches, accessories and Vodafone packages. Prizes are allocated according to the random ranking generated during the draw. All prizes are non-transferable.

Article 7
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE COLLECTION

Winning numbers will be notified via SMS and phone call within two working days from the draw. Winners must collect their prizes at Vodafone headquarters in Tirana within 14 days from notification, presenting valid identification and the winning mobile number.

Article 8
PARTICIPANT DATA

Participants consent to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of this Promotional Game in accordance with Law no. 9887/2008 on the Protection of Personal Data. Data will be stored for no less than 6 years.

Article 9
TAXES AND DUTIES

Winners will not be subject to any obligations related to the prize except those required by Albanian legislation.

Article 10
PUBLICITY

By accepting the prize, winners consent to the publication and use of their name and image for promotional purposes by Vodafone Albania.

Article 11
FORCE MAJEURE

The Promotional Game may be interrupted due to force majeure or orders from state authorities. Any notice will be published on www.vodafone.al.

Article 12
DISPUTE RESOLUTION

By participating, subscribers accept these rules. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Tirana District Court.

Article 13
MISCELLANEOUS

The regulations will be published on www.vodafone.al. Information is also available through Customer Care at 140 for prepaid customers and 149 for NEXT, postpaid and Unlimited customers.

This Promotional Game of Chance is organized pursuant to Authorization no. 588, dated 02.12.2021, issued by the Gambling Supervision Authority.
