Terms and conditions of Vodafone Live Chat service

Vodafone Live Chat is a service provided by Vodafone Albania as an alternative channel to review the requests and complaints of Vodafone customers regarding Vodafone Albania products and services as soon as possible, enabling real-time communication, between them and our Customer Care service staff. This service is provided on the official website of Vodafone Albania: www.vodafone.al 
•    The services offered through Vodafone Live Chat are the same as those offered on toll-free numbers 140 and 149.
•    Vodafone Live Chat can be used by Vodafone’s contract and / or prepaid customers as well as any other interested person by accessing the official Vodafone Albania website www.vodafone.al 
•    The Vodafone Live Chat service is offered free of charge. You will be charged according to the tariffs of your tariff plan only for the MB consumed during the navigation at www.vodafone.al 
•    By using Vodafone Live Chat and accepting these Terms and conditions, you accept the use of your personal data by Vodafone as mentioned below:
a.    In order for Vodafone to be able to serve you through Vodafone Live Chat, you must tick the "Accept Terms & Conditions" box. You can decide on your own discretion to provide information about your mobile number, as well as other personal information that may be related to your self-declared request or complaint via Vodafone Live Chat.
b.    By using Vodafone Live Chat, you are aware that Vodafone will record and collect the transcript of your conversation with our Customer Care staff, as well as the information you provide and the history of your use of Vodafone Live Chat.
c.    Vodafone Albania collects and processes personal data for the purpose of: providing the required service, addressing and documenting requests and complaints raised through Vodafone Live Chat, monitoring and improving the service towards its customers and the fulfilment of legal obligations of Vodafone Albania. Vodafone Albania stores the information collected safely in accordance with the Albanian legislation on personal data protection and deletes it after the purpose of use has been completed. Vodafone may share your personal data with third parties, who are involved in this process to enable the facilitation of this service. The processing of personal data and their protection is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 9887, dated 10.03.2008, "On Personal Data Protection" as amended, Law no. 9918 dated 19.05.2008 “On Electronic and Postal Communications” as amended as well as bylaws issued in their implementation. •    Neither you nor our customer care staff can send photos and videos while using Vodafone Live Chat.
•    You cannot use Vodafone Live Chat:
a)    to distribute, receive, access or communicate offensive, pornographic, threatening, racist, inappropriate, defamatory content, in violation of privacy, in violation of intellectual property rights (including copyright) or illegal in any other way, or that Vodafone deems objectionable.

b)    to distribute electronic content (including viruses) that cause or may cause harm, at any rate, to computer systems or to post information, URLs, or web page addresses or servers with such content.
