• With this service you can keep your roaming internet costs under control.

How does it work?

When the service is active, you will be notified when you are using the internet with standard roaming tariffs as well as in the following monthly limits:
Scheme 1

• 2,000 Lekë (you will simply get a notification when this limit is reached)
• 4,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)
• 20,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)

Scheme 2

• 5,000 Lekë (you will simply get a notification when this limit is reached)
• 10,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)
• 50,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)

Scheme 3

• 10,000 Lekë (you will simply get a notification when this limit is reached)
• 20,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)
• 100,000 Lekë (you will receive a notification when you're close to this limit and roaming internet service will be blocked once you reach it)

Upon subscription of a postpaid contract with Vodafone Albania, the 2nd scheme will be a default selection for your account but you may change it anytime as per your needs through:

• SMS (Send S1 or S2 or S3 to 149) to select the preferred scheme.
• #123# (Under the Roaming menu).
• My Vodafone (under the Roaming menu).

When your internet while roaming reaches the predefined monthly limit:

• 4,000 Lekë or 20,000 Lekë for Scheme 1
• 10,000 Lekë or 50,000 Lekë for Scheme 2
• 20,000 Lekë or 100,000 Lekë for Scheme 3

* the above values are VAT excluded
In order to avoid unexpected Roaming costs Vodafone will automatically block the Roaming Internet service.

How do I unlock the data block?

• After being notified and upon realizing that the roaming internet service is interrupted, if you want to continue navigating the internet regardless of expense, you can unlock the data block by sending a free SMS with text "PO" to "149".
• If you choose to unlock the data block for a second time, you will not receive other SMS notifications for the current month and you will be able to surf the internet without restrictions on standard roaming prices.
• If you do not take any action to unlock internet service while in roaming, it will be activated automatically to the next month.

Activating/Deactivating the service

• You can choose to disable this service completely by : Sending a free SMS to 149 with the text "D"
• If you want to activate the service again, you can: Send a free SMS to 149 with the text " A"
