By choosing to renew the fixed term of your Contract, you ensure the agreed services in the contract remain unchanged in terms of prices or units, without interruption, throughout the entire duration of the contract. You will also benefit from dedicated customer service, promotional prices, and other advantages offered by Vodafone. The fixed term of the contract may vary between 12, 18, or 24 months, or longer, as agreed with Vodafone.

Vodafone continuously recommends renewing the fixed-term contract to benefit from ongoing promotions where business tariff plans are offered with discounts and bonuses, tailored to the customer’s usage. Discounts and bonuses have the same duration as the fixed months of the contract.

Vodafone will notify you 30 days before the term ends about the multiple options available for renewing the contract so you can continue enjoying discounted tariff plans. If the term is not renewed within 30 days, Vodafone ensures continuity of communication by switching to an open-ended contract. This means the contract with Vodafone remains valid, but you will gradually lose the discounts you enjoyed during the fixed term, and you will have the right at any time to request changes to all contract conditions.
