How can I transfer credit?

To transfer your credit towards another number, log in to My Vodafone app in the menu "Products&Services".

How much credit can I transfer by using Credit Transfer?

  • You may transfer from 100, 200, 500 to 1200 ALL.

  • You can not transfer more than 1200 ALL within 24 hours or more than 3000 ALL in 30 days.

I do not remember the Credit Transfer password. How can I retrieve it?

In such case we suggest you to use Credit Transfer service through My Vodafone as no password is required.

Can the personal code for Credit Transfer be barred, and if so how can I reset it?

You may reset the code by filling in the form or visit a Vodafone Shop with an identification document ( identity card or passport ).
