Electronic Top-Up with Vodafone

Through the Electronic Top-Up functionality, you can top up your prepaid number or someone else’s number with your desired amount.

Once you fill in the required fields (the number you wish to top up and the top-up amount), you will be redirected to the e-Commerce payment page, where you need to provide the required information for the payment to be processed.
This page is not owned by Vodafone Albania, and Vodafone will not collect any personal financial data that customers provide during this process.

When you provide your details to complete the electronic top-up, your credit/debit card will be verified by the e-Commerce Connect payment platform, in cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank, which is Vodafone’s partner for Electronic Top-Up.
The security of the financial transaction is guaranteed by a data encryption system (SSL), secure direct connections, and valid security certificates.

You will be notified whether your electronic top-up was successful or not. Once we provide online confirmation of a successful top-up, it cannot be canceled.

You can make an electronic top-up directly through the official Vodafone Albania website either as a visitor or after logging into the My Vodafone application.
All customers using the Visitor status will not have access to their profile or top-up history, while Vodafone will keep the order details of registered visitors on the official Vodafone Albania website.

The electronic top-up amount you select in the corresponding field corresponds to the electronic top-up price (VAT included and applicable).

This service is available only under the following conditions:
a. You must be over 18 years old;
b. You must have a valid VISA or MASTERCARD credit or debit card in your name.
Please note that while we provide free access to the Service elements, you may incur data or internet navigation costs according to your tariff plan if you visit the website via your mobile phone or use the My Vodafone app.
