Vodafone brings the magic of the holidays this end of the year! Starting from November 25th and for the next 24 days, enter the My Vodafone app or JUTH, get your gifts every day, and collect tickets to win more!

24-Day Gift Calendar

In the My Vodafone app or JUTH, you will have the chance to win gifts for 24 consecutive days and collect tickets. The calendar can be found on the main page of the My Vodafone and Juth apps. To receive your gift in My Vodafone, go to the "Scratch and Win" menu, or in the Juth app, go to "Spin the Wheel." You will be notified of the gift of the day you have received, as well as the tickets you have collected. Once you collect the daily gift, you have the option to purchase additional tickets using VCoins, to increase your chances in the final raffle.

The daily gifts are: Coupons, VCoins, GB, Minutes, SMS.

• The coupons you win will appear in the "Promo" menu in Vodafone More and can be redeemed by presenting the coupon at the respective partner.
• The VCoins, GB, Minutes, and SMS you win will be credited automatically and displayed in real time in your balance.

The calendar opens on November 25 at 00:01 AM and closes on December 18 at 23:59 PM.

The Draw During the calendar and collection of daily gifts, you will also collect tickets. The number of tickets collected depends on the tariff plan of your Vodafone number.

Prepaid tariff plan - collect 1 ticket per day.
Contract tariff plan – collect 2 tickets per day.
Contract tariff plan (Vodafone Business) – collect 3 tickets per day.
Vodafone FIX customers only – collect 1 ticket per day.

The more tickets you collect, the greater your chances of winning in the final raffle, which will take place on December 24, 2023, at 11:00 AM, live on Vodafone Albania's official Facebook page.

I want to be part of the draw, what should I do?

You can be part of the draw if you are a Vodafone prepaid customer, with or without an active monthly package, or simply be part of one of the Next, Unlimited, or Red contract plans. Just log into one of the Juth or My Vodafone apps and collect tickets in the festive calendar for the big draw on December 24th.

What is the minimum number of tickets I need to be part of the draw?

To be part of the draw, it’s enough to have a minimum of 1 ticket, which you can earn by scratching once in one of the Juth or My Vodafone apps. If you become Vodafone Next or Vodafone Unlimited, you will receive more gifts and tickets, automatically increasing your chances of being one of the draw winners. Also, if you are not a Vodafone customer, you need to join the Vodafone network to be part of the final draw.

Can I transfer the GB I’ve won?

The daily gifts that are obtained in the app, such as GB, Coupons, VCoins, Minutes, or SMS, are for individual use by the winner and cannot be transferred to another number.

If I have multiple numbers in my ownership, can I be part of the draw with all of them?

Yes, definitely. Just log into one of the Juth or My Vodafone apps with each number you own and collect tickets. In this way, you automatically become part of the draw with each number you wish.

When and how will the draw take place?

The draw will take place on December 24, 2024, through a software mechanism created by Vodafone that enables the random selection and ranking of mobile numbers that will be announced as winners.

How will I be notified if I am one of the winners?

All winners of the draw prizes will be notified by SMS and will be called by Vodafone to explain all the necessary details for claiming their prizes. Vodafone will also collect the winner’s personal information, including: First Name, Last Name, Father's Name, Date of Birth, and the Identification Number of the ID card.

If I am unable to present myself, can someone else collect the prizes on my behalf?

If you are unable to present yourself at the Vodafone headquarters, the person you have authorized can present themselves, along with two forms of identification and the winning mobile number.

Why do I have a different coefficient than my friend or relative? How does this work?

The coefficient for earning tickets depends solely on the tariff plan you have chosen with Vodafone.

How can I increase my chances of collecting as many tickets as possible?

You can increase your chances of collecting as many tickets as possible by logging into the My Vodafone or Juth app every day. Additionally, we give you the opportunity to purchase extra tickets with VCoins every day to increase your chances of being a winner.

How many winners are there in total, and what are the prizes of the draw?

In total, 51 prizes will be given, as shown in the table below:
